Terms and Conditions – The Fast Lane to Ultimate Gaming – and Prizes     

Campaign Name: “The Fast Lane to Ultimate Gaming—and Prizes.” Contest (“Contest”)

Campaign Period:

The Contest submission begins on 15th September, 2025 and ends on 30th November, 2025 (01:00 PM HKT). The Purchase period is 15th August, 2025 to 15th November, 2025 (01:00 PM HKT) .

Entry Requirement (“Requirement”)

• To participate the Contest , entrants residing in Poland, must purchase an eligible KFA2 GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards from an official authorized retailer during the Campaign Period.
• Participants must visit the Contest page online at https://kfa2.com/en/webform/the-fast-lane-to-ultimate-gaming-and-prizes-poland/ to answer the question “What excites you most about the HOF Gaming graphics cards?” and upload a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt from official channels or retailers).

• KFA2 will pick the best 2 answers among the entries.

• After successfully submitting the answer, proof of purchase and personal details, participants will automatically be entered into the Contest .

Deadline

• The entry deadline is 30th November 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered and are void.

Prizes

• HOF Limited Racing Car Inspired Building Block Set (Black) x 1 
• HOF Limited Racing Car Inspired Building Block Set (White) x 1 

• A total of 2 winners will be selected. Each will receive 1 prize, colors are allocated randomly. Selection will be based on creativity of their answers.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

• Winner announcement will be made on KFA2 Poland Facebook by 15th December, 2025.

• Winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond with the required information within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

• In order to verify winners’ identity and qualification, KFA2 may ask for additional document from winners. Winner who fail to provide required documents could be disqualified.  

• KFA2 decision is final. KFA2 reserved the right for the final decision.

Eligibility

• The Contest is opened to participants aged 18 and over residing in Poland.

• Only one entry per participant will be accepted. If multiple entries are submitted, only the last valid entry will count and any other entries are void.

• Employees of KFA2, Hall Of Fame, KFA2 and their immediate families are not eligible.

• Participants must meet all the entry Requirement of the Contest .

Disqualification

• Entries containing incomplete or false personal information will be disqualified and considered void.

• Any attempt to tamper with the Contest or disrupt its process will result in disqualification.

• KFA2 retains the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Terms.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Eligible participants from Poland MUST register on the KFA2 website. Entries from the above listed region submitted via the GALAX website will not be accepted.

• KFA2 reserves the right to amend the Terms or cancel, terminate or modify the Contest at their discretion at any time.

• KFA2 reserves the right to terminate the campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond KFA2’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest and is determined by KFA2 in its sole discretion.

• If this campaign or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry in the Contest , or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in KFA2’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this contest, KFA2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest or any portion thereof.

• In no event will KFA2 or its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relation firms, consultants or contractors be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including without limitation, exemplary, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or attorney’s fees, arising out of this promotion and/or any acceptance, possession, use, misuse or failure to use the prize awarded in connection with this promotion, including without limitation, personal injury, death and/or property damage, as well as any claims based on publicity rights or invasion of privacy. in no event shall KFA2’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of this promotion exceed the retail value of the prize to be awarded in connection with this promotion.

• Social media disclaimer and release of liability- the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrants release Facebook any liability for any damages or losses of any kind, including without limitation, exemplary, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or attorney’s fees, arising out of this promotion and/or any acceptance, possession, use, misuse or failure to use the prize awarded in connection with this promotion, including without limitation, personal injury, death and/or property damage, as well as any claims based on publicity rights or invasion of privacy.

• The decision of KFA2 regarding all aspects of the Contest is final and binding.
