GeForce RTX 3060 in terms of performance is classified between the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER and RTX 2070 SUPER, but definitely closer to the former, and are enough to outclass all similar models. NVIDIA's novelty performs very well at resolutions of 1920x1080 and 2560x1440, while 3840x2160 is usually unplayable, unless we choose productions with low requirements or DLSS support.

KFA2 RTX 3060 EX is an excellent card and NVIDIA has won its bet by offering a model that ensures 60 FPS at 1080p, even on recent games. Of course, it will be necessary to combine the degree of Ray Tracing and DLSS in order to stay high above the mythical bar of 60 FPS. On the other hand, we have a very mixed opinion on the 12 GB of memory. In our various tests, we were unable to judge a real impact on performance.

With the GeForce GTX 1650 Super, there is now another inexpensive entry-level model. The biggest changes compared to the non-super version of the GTX 1650 are in the built-in graphics chip and the VRAM. Due to its compactness, the graphics card is suitable for small housings. The energy requirement is given as 100 watts, which closes the gap between the GeForce GTX 1650 and the GeForce GTX 1660. The KFA2 model we tested has an internal 6-pin power connector and externally offers DVI-D, DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0b.

The RTX 3060 is a good successor to the RTX 2060. The differences between the cards can be really big and the performance gain is visible. The graphics are on average above the overclocked RTX 2060 SUPER, which is a very good result. The model from KFA2 is also factory overclocked and you can easily increase the clock speed by another 15 MHz thanks to the 1-Click OC. Graphics have a semi-passive mode and are silent under load. It also has a considerable OC potential, which is worth trying to use.

In terms of the noise of the heatsink in the load after the card heats up, it is one of the better ones. At a minimum of 30% power, the fans run at speeds of around 1350 rpm, at which is a measured noise of 36.8 dBA. The cooler is powerful, even in long-term intensive loads, the fans run at almost minimum speeds around 1400–1500 rpm, the maximum is at 2900 rpm.
